LIVING GOOD NOW
MASSAGE & HEALTH COACHING
ABOUT

Hi, I’m Ali Goodnow. My work is personalized, intuitive, and grounded in more than two decades of hands-on experience. I tailor each massage to what your body needs that day, blending therapeutic and restorative techniques to support relief, recovery, and overall well-being.
I graduated from Brenneke School of Massage in 2001 and began my career in Snoqualmie before continuing my work in California’s high-end luxury spa world. For the past ten years, I’ve worked privately as a traveling massage therapist, and I’m excited to return to the Snoqualmie Valley and create a practice at Park Street Healing Arts.
After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s in 2012 and later PCOS, I began a much deeper search for my own healing. That path led me to complete training through the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2020 and the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Association in 2022. Today, I’m passionate about using lifestyle support alongside medical care to help clients feel more balanced, resilient, and well.
My Approach
Each session is tailored to your body’s needs using a blend of modalities, which may include Deep Tissue, Cupping & Gua Sha, Trigger Point Therapy, Table Thai, Hot Stone Therapy, Swedish, and Ashiatsu.
Pricing is based on time rather than modality, allowing your session to unfold naturally according to what your body needs most.
