Living Good Now

Functional Diagnostic Nutrition®

One size does not fit all - especially when it comes to nutrition. Online and social media searches only complicate figuring out how to eat or move to optimize your health with recommendations that contradict one another. The beauty of Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® is that it is customized for you. FDN is an opt-in model of self care that is right for you if you are ready to choose health and you want a customized approach to making changes.

Hi, I'm Ali Goodnow. Like many in the field of health and wellness I have struggled with my own health issues. I was diagnosed as hypothyroid in my 20's after having to advocate for that diagnosis. I continued to struggle with my health not realizing that my hypothyroidism was due to an autoimmune disease where the body attacks the thyroid. This diagnosis came after 12 frustrating years dealing with unwanted symptoms. I saw huge improvements when I changed my diet and exercise habits which led me down the path to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). However, I was still experiencing unwanted symptoms despite modifying my diet and exercise routine.

Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® was the missing piece for me both personally and professionally. Liver congestion, hormone imbalances, and gut issues were all uncovered through testing. FDN allowed me to get off the emotional rollercoaster that was the process of trial and error with my health. Professionally, it allowed me to help others struggling with health issues in a more profound way.

As a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), I work with people suffering from unwanted symptoms to gain freedom from their misery and frustration so they can return to a life of endless energy and joy. Contact me for a free discovery call if you are ready to leave the process of health trial and error behind you. Together we can uncover your healing opportunities.
